Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total cost of service. LATE POLICY: A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Arrival beyond this timeframe will result in a $25 late fee. NO SHOW POLICY: A no show will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total cost of service.
